Ma. Teresa Fajilan

Cheerful and full of surprises, this woman will delight you with her infectious giggle. She loves to discover the unexplained while equipped with knowledge gained from reading a Secret book she keeps in a treasure chest. Her generosity stretches a thousand miles leaving joyful footprints.

You will be amazed to see her secret lair full of Stitch collectibles from all over the world. She is a businesswoman, world traveler, dog lover, salad monster and an Aga Muhlach die-hard fan.

Michael is a graduate of Tourism Management from the University of the Philippines where he is also taking his post-graduate studies in Environmental Management. He is a fun-loving person and is fond of traveling… and eating. Part from being Boracay Sun’s Managing Editor, he is also the General Manager for Boracay Sun Travel which will be launched before the year ends.

Prior to working in Boracay, he was a College Instructor and someday, he sees himself back in the academe.

Blanche Posadas-Basco

Her journalism skills started during elementary when she wrote the school’s editorial. Then, she came to be editor in chief for her high school and college newspapers. Campus writing never left her soul and she went on to become a school publication adviser and English teacher at Integrated Montessori Center for more than 10 years. Her career in the academe took a backseat to focus on motherhood. She spends her free time reading, writing and private tutoring. An indefatigable traveler, Teacher Blanche had visited several famous travel spots in the country as well as in Asia.

He treads many lines of trade which include being a lay-out artist, illustrator, painter, web designer, photographer, videographer and art director amongst many other career conduits. At offtimes, the dread-locked, sunburnt Batangueño chases the setting sun, downs kegs of Beer (with ease as if drinking orange juice), conquers the mountains, sweetens the mileage on his WWII themed cruiser bike, and enjoys the arts with no reason to surrender.

Or without surrender to reason, that is.

elizabeth-jaleaElizabeth Jalea

This writer by heart had her first writing stint when her teacher in elementary school secretly entered her essay in a competition that won second prize. She has then became a campus writer/ editor from high school to college. She has taken credit units to earn Certificate in Teaching, and a Diploma in Research and Development at the University of the Philippines. Her main passion is travelling and recently, yoga. While busy working for a US-based corporation, she would spend her annual leave credits travelling to the country’s beauty spots and in Asia. Her recent travels include road trips to the northern part of Luzon island and Bali, Indonesia. This occasional writing and editing for Boracay Sun may just inspire her to finally start a public blog.
